  • Achievers Transfer Award (A.A./A.S.)
    • 3.5-4.0: $2,000/year renewable for 1 year
    • 3.0-3.5: $1,000/year renewable for 1 year
  • Academic Transfer Award (12+ credits)
    • 3.5-4.0: $1,000/year renewable for 1 year

NDSU accepts college-level coursework from institutions that are accredited. A full list of accepted accreditations can be found in the NDSU目录.

Courses earned through non-accredited institutions or those that are remedial by definition of the transferring institutions or equivalent to a remedial course at NDSU will not be accepted in transfer.

You will receive a transfer credit evaluation once you have been admitted, but you can see how your credits will transfer by using our Transfer Equivalency System (TES) database. 搜索 for the institution you earned credit through and then search for the classes you took.

• If the classes you took are not listed in the TES database it is likely that they haven’t been evaluated before.

The applicability of transfer credits toward your intended program of study is determined the respective Academic Department upon admission to NDSU. The Office of Registration and Records may determine the suitability of your coursework to fulfill general education requirements, pre-requisites or lower-level courses.

Transfer students should be aware of the important policies regarding degree completion.

Within these 30 resident credits, minimum requirements include 15 semester credits in courses numbered 300 or above and 15 semester credits in the major field of study. The full policy can be found in the NDSU目录.
